Rollerskating Moose

Does anybody remember a kids cartoon, from the eighties I think, which had a roller skating moose in it? I think he was on rollerskates anyway and he had a blue jumper. There were other animals too and they may have lived in a caboose. If so what was it called please?

I had a stuffed toy of the cat character, Zipper. I remember him having a little tracksuit, and I'm sure HE had roller skates
