In an episode early in series 2, Josh see Stanley Keyworth (the psychiatrist) about his PTSD after the Roslyn shooting. When he and Donna leave the White House that night, there are some carol singers/bell ringers singing which reminds Josh of the sirens. Does anyone know what the song is and who performed it?

It's also on an advert for TK maxx at the moment...
