I thought it was because he was treating the servants badly and Jade didn't approve of his attitude?

I saw it live on E4. Ken just got up and made himself something to eat as he said he was saving the servants a job. Jade went nuts at him and said they will fail the task now and have no shopping budget for food. She said, they will make it for you if you ask.

He was being stubborn saying 'its just a game, people have less food in the third world' and she went nuts saying he wasnt being considerate to the servants.

He then ate his food, went into the diary room and asked to leave.

The food bit is correct, but did you not see Jackie laying into Ken in the bedroom, I was appalled, he looked so upset,
