If it is at the end of the series where she dies it is called Hallelujah. The original is by Jeff Buckley but not sure who sang the one in The OC.

i think she means season 4 the first episode? well if you so i searched for the music and i got:

thats all the music that was in that episode sorry i dont know the ending song but if you listen to those im sure you'll find out :)
