Send your name and address to FREEPOST WEAKEST LINK - that's all you have to put, and it'll get there (and of course, you don't even need a stamp). Then they'll send you an application form.

A colleague at work applied for it and she had to do two days of interview/scenario based things with other possible contestants then they brought her into a room and insulted her for a couple of minutes just to make sure she could take it, so be prepared!
