Rape is a very serious crime and I for one would like to see longer sentences passed to rapists than actually is nowadays. However we must not overlook that there is far more false accusations of rape reported than we actually hear about. And because we don't hear about them too often in the media etc, it would have been a far better ending in the case of this drama to have been one of those, in order to make the public aware that this does actually happen. But as usual the man was portrayed as being guilty. Not all men are like this, and yes there are some very sick women out there that are willing to cry rape when things don't work out to their benefit ( I speak from experience of having a friend of mine who had to go through this hell).
So like I said dissapointing ending (if dissapointing is the right word to use) but a good program never the less.
