Does anyone remember an old TV program (that came on late in my time zone) that had a rose in the opening and was about a society where the traditional male and female roles were reversed?

There used to be a recurring sketch set in a world like this on the Two Ronnies. It was called The Worm That Turned.

Thanks for the input, but no secret police, no Janet and Betty, nothing like that in the versions I saw...just office type scenes with men secretaries and women bosses. There was one scene with a "bar" scene where males played the dominant role. These bars were viewed as "seedy". Any other answers out there?
