I've watched all the series of T&R and I feel that the latest one is the poorest of them all - am I alone in this thinking?

Also, would Victoria Smurfitt's character (Connor) really be allowed to "walk all over" victims, suspects (most of who turn out to be innocent!) and witnesses with the arrogance, aggression and lack of feeling/compassion which is portrayed?

This is the 1st series I've watched and I totally agrre with you she seems like a hard faced cow.
Also wouldn't she have been demoted by now as she seems to c-ck up on every case!
I agree,its awful isn`t it?She`s not a nice character at all and i`m quite disappointed because i usually enjoy T&R .
I agree too, I've always loved trial and retribution but I think they've lost it now, I doubt I'll be watching it sunday!!
We watch it to have a laugh and consider it's spoof qualities!
people have been saying to me for months 'watch it, you HAVE to watch it , its brilliant etc etc.......' so..........last Sunday and monday i watched it..........all 3 sodding hours (which i will never get back!) and cannot see what all the fuss is about? crap crap ending (as i said last week) it shouldve been the little lad with downs syndrome whodunnit, wouldve made a more twisted ending, instead of the soooo obvious one from the start? shant be bothering again x

curlyperm - if you'd watched all the other series of T&R you'd be even more frustrated! :o)

BTW, I had the downs syndrome kid down for it too!
