Why do we sometimes have the image of an owl in the top right hand corner of the television screen on S4C?

It means subtitles are available in English on teletext 888 in English or 889 in Welsh. See here, http://www.s4c.co.uk/e_access.shtml (although it does not link the icon wi the explanation, that's what I've taken it to mean.)

I know the icon is by the explanation but what I meant is it does not say "If you see the owl on-screen etc..." It's ok, I'm going now. Hwyl!
