Whats the name of this C4 programme?

It was a late night C4 comedy programme, that featured amongst others, The CycleMaster and a Warlord type chief who drank Ribena amongst the charcters. Never seen it repeated, but was darn funny. Any ideas if this was the title, and any other characters anyone can remember?

mindbullets, I think it may have been called Naked and was approximately mid-late 90's. Does this trigger any memories?

Naked video fits the bill, made in Scotland, but the sketches don't ring a bell.

There were two similar Scottish comedies, both very good, and if 'Stonybridge, the town with a stony bridge' was in it, with the town council discussing local trivia, then that's naked video.

the warlord character sounds like Big trains Ming the merciless but it was shown on bbc2
