Beaker update

well it will be just over a week since Declan has had his bottle, and still against his beaker, but have been giving him plenty of fluid in his foods (cereal etc),,,, anyway last night we had a definate improvement!, during one of the usual bedtime crying fits i decided to try him on a different beaker one that just comes out without sucking, and in between the cries he actually liked it,, it was like feeding a tiny baby again,, cradling him in my arms and tipping the beaker slowly so he cud sip the milk,,, know its not much,, but thank god its progress!!!!!!!

keep up the good work! it is too easy to quit and give him back his bottle, but it will make things more difficult second time round as he will assume you will give in again! well done, give yourself a pat on the back

dont know if anyone will read this but, tonight my babes drank 2 beakers of milk all by himself, finnally cracked it,, im so happy!
