I cant get my head round how many people on "Property Ladder" dont listen to the lovely Sarah Beeny. She as been developing property for years, Channel 4 gave her her own show, and still they dont listen, fools! WHY?

everyone thinks they know best.before she gets involved, they have already decided what they want to do and their is no swaying them !

why should they listen to her? That person last night made over 80 grand by not listening to her, and she never apologises if they get it right.
That other one (with the ghlass floorboards made tonnes of cash too - someone really loved that cottage the way she'd done it. I swear they proime the agents to say stuff like "well you have to walk through this room to get to the kitchen" etc

I guess it makes for a better programme if they disagree, its a bit like that one on a Tuesday night........Selling Property Abroad, he clearly knows his stuff, but some people are adamant that they are not going to drop their price - even if its been on the market for 2 or more years?

Maybe they deliberately pick people who will be stubborn. And although yes, both sets of developers made money they would probably have made more if they had listened to Sarah.
Did anyone else think that the Ferrell child (the girl) was obnoxious or at the very least too precocious!!

Also - loved the advert Sarah did for the programme. The one where she is telling the story of the 3 little pigs to her daughter. LOL

I strongly suspect that Sarah's advice is not always spot on, but they only show the situations where she is right

that girl WAS terrible wasn't she? Youy could tell everyone else was at the bottom of the pecking order in that house, particularly that poor boy who she kept interrupting. Plus, what normal people let their 11 year olds make the decisions for them?

I kind of agree with bednobs earlier but I was watching thinking that obviously garage in wrong place etc but they made loads of money - that daughter in the family run thing - I wanted to smack her - is that harsh?

They also made profit because of the market being high as well �500k for that house seemed steep to me for the look of it

How many kids does she have, because I keep watching programmes with her in and she's heavily pregnant in all of them!
