Although Emma's mother is named Camilla (ne� Younger), she is the Countess of Halifax not the Duchess of Cornwall.

Camilla Younger is married to Richard Eustace Parker-Bowles, youngest brother of Brigadier Andrew Henry Parker-Bowles, the ex-husband of Camilla Rosemary Shand.

Thus Emma Parker-Bowles is the niece of Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall.

i did google her name and just presumed that camilla younger was (charles's wife) her maidon name!!!
