what was the name of the childrens cartoon that was about animals that lived on an island that floated around the ocean, the animals spoke, i think it was on bbc1 and there was a smaller animal that used to say 'oiskey poiskey' in a high pitched voice when something went wrong. please remeber the name its killing me!!!!!!!!
