Possibly "Corazon" by Luis, from the 2003 disk "Acapulco 70".

"Corazon" by Luis (Pousa) plays before the opening credits of that episode.

In the script that bar scene features a (fictional) hardcore mariachi band named Extremo, however whether or not the musicians are a real-life group is not clear.

The "band" are heard finishing one song with the lyrics

...and follow with a ballad containing the lyrics
