Yep, thats it, little tip,when the automated service asks you to push this or that number, DONT, dont press any buttons at all, they assume you have an old phone and transfer you to a UK call centre, it will go through the options 3 or 4 times, but just wait and DONT press any buttons at all during the automated service.
