Kids Programme

A few years ago (maybe 2 or 3) there was this kids TV programme on in the summer holidays mainly. It was on in the morning, and was called X-something. can't for the life of me remeber wjhat it was.
It had that guy who looks like Reggie but is in a wheelchair as one of the presenters, ad was lika kids morning programme. I remember the titles being blue, and having werid fruit faces? Maybe I'm wrong there =P!! But still, anyone know what it was called.
Oh, btw it was on BBC1 or BBC2.
