In the street scene at the start of Corrie tonight was it just me or did anyone else notice that Gail was bobbing up & down as though she'd lost the heel from one of her shoes? or maybe she was walking with one foot in the gutter like you did when you were little? It just looked so funny to me.
And why does Deirdre always stride out around their tiny house with her arms swinging as though she's on a brisk 5 mile hike?
No insults from soap haters please...I know I should get out more :o)

well, jno jnr has returned not with exciting items of Scandinavian design but with a large cake of Swiss chocolate which I am nibbling at while trying not to remember that root canal#2 is coming at 10am. My will is so weak between midnight and 2am. Also between 2am and midnight, of course.

Good Afternoon Friends. That was the first and last time I have central heating installed. I'm worn to a frazzle watching them doing all that work LOL. No, really my house looked like SteptosYard. I went to the chippy for them on Friday, full English breakfast on Saturday and Cheese and bacon toasties on Sunday. All I could do was make tea and feed them and then read my book till the next brew. Now I need an A level in working the remote control.
Well it's just took me about 3/4 hour to read the posts I have missed. Hope you're feeling better soon Shaney. Sounds like you're having a good time Neti looking forward to hearing all about it.
I think you write brilliant English Kit better than mine.
My son and his wife came home onSaturday and they took me out to dinner on Sunday night to say thankyou for lookiing after Polly.(The Cat). We went to a place called the Crew and Harper. (My son calls it the Scr*w and Scarper)
Well I'm off now, it feels good to be back see you all soon including Vinny and Jno and <b.Robinia. And Maggie I'll see you tomorrow for lunch :o)

Just a few words to let you all know I'm still around but it's not a happy time for me. My last remaining (and the youngest) Sister died on Saturday morning ,she was 6 years younger than me and I didn't expect for her to go first.
Although she has been ill for quite some time .
