The ring that the master had in the closing episodes of season three (new) that the Rani (?) Stole in the last scene, can you buy it? It would be brillaint (fantastic) for a whovian for me.

To answer your question, no you can't buy it.
You will have to wait and see if any company takes out a licence to produce a copy commercially, but I would doubt it.

Given your usermane should I be scared that you want The Master's ring?
I lstened to the commentary on episode 13 on the BBC Doctor Who website.There is a story about the ring.Some of the production team were given copies of the ring by someone who remained nameless.But Julie Gardner didn't get one and wants one.
