i only caught the last of the episode, the guy said he 'needed' the money, and then he walked away with next to nothing. what did he need it for?

one of the things he wanted the money for was to buy his sister a bed as she was sleeping on the floor and the something for his mum but didnt catch what it was

I watched it i think. Was it the one with blond spikey haired guy where he was crying saying he needed the money so much?
It was so funny, cos he got offered big amounts but didnt take them and eneded up with nothing.
I love it when people lose on there after refusing large offers...

he walked away with �100, he was left with that and �50. i don't know what his biggest offer was though

The 6 grand wasnt a high offer compared to others, but its an enormous amount for someone who has nothing and was desperate for it...

With the run of bad luck he had he should have taken the �6000. I know this was quite early in the game but "A bird in the hand" and all that.
