He is a roadie for a tribute band touring Europe.

He will meet another woman and not come home.

He won't be back on the Street - he has been sacked for drunken shenanigans in a restaurant.

Sally is going to make a fool of herself mooning over John, but he only has eyes for Fizz.

But the biggest mystery of all is the basic economic structure of the whole street. A cab firm with no drivers. a knicker factory where no one is ever there for a complete week or actually switches on a sewing machine, people buying food at the cafe only 20 yards from home, good job hardly anyone pays for their beer in the Rovers.
