In coronation street were is ken barlow he hasent been in it for a bit? I no when it was jack and veras anniversary it had diedre and her mum in it but no ken. have they ran out of storys for the barlows?

I think it's just a case of giving particular characters a rest for a while. Ken was in it alot not so long ago - during the Tracey murder trial, and also during the story involving that ex girlfriend of his and his young son. There are often times in soaps when you don't see alot of a character - it depends who the current main storylines are based around. Bill Roach was probably given abit of a break from heavy filming schedules.

Ah well, Christian gives Harold, sorry Hayley, a right hook tonight. Yet more unnecessary soap violence, when a �sod off� would do. I wonder if Hayley will follow true soap form and drink vodka neat from the bottle when she gets home.

And where is the very dull "Educating Sally" storyline leading? The psycho-David is leading up to a bit of scaffold twiddling which leaves that bloke who isn�t the gay one fighting for his life just in time to make the wedding with Sir-ah. And Dev will continue to fill the dramatic breaks with his own brand of comedic anecdotes and hilarious banter with that girl in the shop and that other one. Bring back Ken Barlow, that�s what I say!

Bill Roach is the President of our local Hospice in Llandudno, he has recently been spending a lot of his time fund raising as the government gives very little to the funding of Hospice care. We are very lucky to have him.
