I need help with this! Kids TV 80s

All I remember was it was around 1987/88 ish and i thought it was chocky but after watching them I was wrong. All I remember was a machine thing come out of a swamp in the shape of a triangle and a windmill like device plugged into it....! Not a lot to go on but I'm losing my mind!!!

no that was from 1997... it definelty had like a swamp and this triangular thing came out of it and this stick with a propeller or windmill thing attached to it....
