Kids' Programme in the 80's

There was a programme I used to love as kid, but could never work out what the name was!! A blonde woman used to drive into the studio in a little car, and the intro song sounded like "chuckleblock, chuckleblock". There was a big TV system, and the lady would put a video into a player, and it someties showed a video of a black bird.

Any idea? What does "chuckleblock" mean, or did I mis-hear???

Was it Chockerblock? Can't remember a lot about it but I recall the woman in it used to drive a car and wear a yellow jumpsuit (I think she was also in Playschool)
