I am wanting to watch BBC programmes after transmission using the BBCi player.it worked once and I was able to see entire programme.Now when I put one on it starts then a revolving circular clock type icon appears in the middle of the screen and picture freezes then starts again and so on.I am therefore unable to watch it through.I can watch itvcatchup and 4oD with no problem so what is wrong here ? Has anyone else had same problem please? I presume that the transmission is slow so that the picture cannot form properly.Thank you

When i tried to watch it i was able to watch the first programme no problem, then anything after that just threw up an error message so i emailed them adn they contacted me back and sorted out the problem

Thank you .I`ll do that if it continues.Apparently I`ve had someone on my phone line with a crossed line over last week which may have reduced the Broadband strength so now that`s sorted we`ll see what happens...!!!.
