Help! - mobile phone caller display prob

Hi,

Can anyone help please?

When someone in my mobile phone address book calls me, their name doesn't show, only their phone number comes up in the display.

I'd like to change this if attall possible because I don't know who's calling me as I don't recognise their number!!

Does anyone know how I can rectify it please?

my phone is a nokia 6300.

The most frequent cause of this happening with a Nokia is when you have the number listed more than once in the memory. Even if they both relate to the same person in the memory the phone won't know what to display so it doesn't. Make sure that you use either the sim card memory or the phone memory but not both as is the default with Nokias. To test this delete your home phone number, add it again to just one memory and give it a try.
