Do You Remember American Drama Series!

Please help, I have been wracking my brain trying to remember an American Drama Series late 80's early 90's {sorry can't be more specific] It was about a young good looking young man who ran an office and he was portrayed as very wealthy debonair etc but at the close of day he was like a recluse and slept in his office, each series ended with him curled up naked in the foetal position, hope this is a helpful explanation as it is still sketchy in my mind!
