what a programme at first i thought how can someone get that size but we are talking america here,the sad thing was after everything there father went through his own children had not learned anything, and were feeding his grandchildren a cheeseburger at 4 months old

i watched the programme and couldnt believe it when the daughter was feeding the baby, she should book her in for an operation now, because thats the way she will end up, it was awful.

It's the total lack of awareness about nutrition that gets me!! The mother of the hugely overweight teenager said he has 3 or 4 burgers at a time or a 2ft long hotdog because he likes all the "good stuff" I found myself yelling at the tv it's not "good stuff" it's killing him!! Glad to see though that the family of the 4month old baby is receiving some nutritional and dietary education!

I was disgusted by the girl feeding her baby a burger.......... after seeing her dad in hospital for nearly a year (i think) you would of thought they wouldnt need the dietry expert?

and i cant believe that young lad was even thinking twice about the operation??
