virgin media free itemised billing?
14 Answers
I have recently become a virgin media phone line rental customer and having received my first bill I have noticed that only calls costing 50p or above are listed. Virgin say that for 1 a month they can send me an itemised bill with all calls but I would think that this kind of information is free to customers by law. Do I need to pay them to view all phone calls made?

"but I would think this kind of information is free to customers by law."
A law to say this should be free? Or did I miss something? I can see the white paper now .........
Why do you think it should be free?
From June 1st ebilling has double discount.
I really can't see your problem? If you want itemised bills pay for it
