There's probably a play on words involving the word country but I can't think of it.

Anyway, good for them, I hope they find the perfect countryside residence (preferably up north) and take no interest in any seaside towns.

Oh goody, the little fat slug in the blue shirt likes it. Well that's a plus. Sod the views, what about the kitchen, bu$$er the countryside, can we park 3 cars here and is there an ASDA close by.
