Really enjoyed this, but not to sure about the ending. I think the guy who killed her was going to get away with it
Though it was rather slow in many places and the fact that it was shot a blue filter actually made my eyes bad. It was a shame the ending rather soured the programme as it was never resloved to my satisfaction. The killer should hae been shown getting sentenced and the policeman should have been shown getting whatever punishment he deserved. The programme was called Criminal JUSTICE after all, so what justice was meted out to those deserving of it?

i agree with RonaldoM, it was drama at its best, and when bens mum reminded him about the kitten i suddanly started to think like his mum,..had he done it. what great acting by everyone especially the lad that played ben
Spot on Roaldo. I knew a guy who did time and he described it just as we saw it in Criminal Justice. The only area not touched on is that Ben almost certainly would have been raped.

To be innocent and inside must be unbelievable. That is what the prog showed best, the psychology. More pse.
The 'lad that played Ben"??! Ben Whishaw is 27 and one of this country's greatest theatre actors. His amazing Hamlet was a milestone of recent theatre. Not sure he'd appreciate being written off as "a lad"...
