Programme about the otter on BBC2 earlier

Did anyone watch the programme at 5.30 on BBC 2 about the orphaned otter ?
I couldn't watch it in case it died but now I am wondering what happened to it.

This was the first of two (I think) programmes. The otter was alive and well at the end of this programme - perhaps the conclusion will be next week.

I've checked future programmes - next Sunday is dominated by women's golf. The conclusion of An Otter in the Family will be at 6.00pm on Saturday 9th August.

sir.prize , oh how cute ! I was like that today in the water but I wouldn't have looked as cute as those two lol.

If this is a repeat of the programme with Phillipa Forester that was first shown last December, then get ready to be sad.

Perhaps I won't watch then ! Philippa Forrester and her boyfriend ( at least I think it was her boyfriend) were the people that were nursing it back to health.

Sounds as if it is the same one. Is the otter called Honey?

I can't remember . I watched it for about 10 minutes and then the man mentioned it might die so I changed channels. I hate anything that show animals dying. It was so cute too.

The one I watched late last year had Honey and Grace. Beautiful, but one very sad part. Worth watching.

I think it was called Grace. That definately rings a bell.
I might watch it then, with the tissues on hand !

The BBC programme information that I looked at a fortnight ago definitely said that part 2 would be shown on 9th August. You can't trust them - in fact it is due to be shown at 5.30 today - the 10th August (assuming that they don't change their minds and show the Olympics instead).
