i recently heard a breakbeat version of the inspector gadget theme tune played by a dj, would anyone be able to tell me who it's by?

Googled "this is the police speaking, this club is closed" and that's one of the results. I can see where the Inspector Gadget theme tunes comes in but it's actually called In The Hall Of The Mountain King, from the Peer Gynt suite by Edvard Grieg.

There was a 'hip-hop' version by The Kartoon Krew way back in the mid-1980s

If this is by a club DJ rather than on radio, he probably made it himself. Why not ask him next time you are in the club?
