I was offered reconstructive surgery down there after I tore very badly during the birth of my second child,I told them to stitch me up and I would discuss it with my GP at my 6 week check.It turned out I didn't need any reconstruction and everything has been hunky dory since then ;-).

i must say, it was quite disturbin to sit and watch a program all about vaginas. I quite frankly would not like to sit in a room full of women playing around down there just to see if it would talk to me....wtf are these people taking?!!! And i am sure that woman was just some sick lesbian tryin to get her kicks.
Its not something i would ever of thought as cosmetic surgey, come on..its down there for intimate purposes so why go and get it reconstructed?!!
u dont see men going to get willy surgery...why should us women do all the bloody pleasing?!!! It is how it is and if its ugly, then so bloody what. If ur ugly in the face why should it matter that down there isnt pretty and if your a stunning young woman then tell the men u cant have everything. simple. f**k the doctors makin it pretty,deal with it!!!!
