I've just seen Matt, nowt to write home about:-( They should have asked Rob (Sean) to be the new doc.
Well thats it. I'm not watching any more.
he looks like a emo.
Lol@ tiger-)))
I think it was difficult for the producers of "Dr Who" to choose a new doctor.
They had already said they didn't want a mature Doctor, which rules out Robert Carlyle and Richard Armitage (Matt Smith is 26)they also wanted a good actor, but not someone associated soley with another series, which rules out the anyone from Eastenders or Casualty.
I think it it just this amount of "unknowness" that led them to choose Matt Smith.
He has mainly been a stage actor up till now.
I think a fresh unknown face is just what the Doctor needs, and I have been watching Dr Who since 1963!
i hope in vain more than likely that in could be super bum, felicity kendal.

Will send this site to the beeb in case Matt trips over his 'Hugh Grant' curtains and insist Sean takes over so we can push the program on here......eh?
well i stopped watching it when fraser Hines left as Jamie. and doubt i'll watch iot again, i might have done if sean slater had got it though
Matt appeared in an episode of Dr Who with Billie Piper. I can't recall that one. I want Sean,I want Sean.
You don't recall it because he appeared with Billie Piper in 'Ruby In The Smoke', a Sally Lockhart Mystery.
Well let's hope that he sort out the hair issue before he starts filming.
I think Matt Smith looks in some angles a little like a young Gordon Ramsey.
