Who is this actor?!

I saw an actor yesterday while I was out and about and I know his face but not his name! He's English, blonde hair, medium (to small) frame, about 5' 8", kind of Cockney accent (when necessary though I think) If I'm right, he plays sneery, swaggering, suited & booted kind of characters. (I can picture him with his hands in his pockets, swaggering about for some reason!) Looks like he'd fit right into Lock, Stock and that kind of film or show. Can't remember if it's on telly or in a film that I've seen him either!
I know that's not the greatest amount of info, but I'm sure a clever bod will understand me!!
It's gonna really annoy me til I find out, heeelp! :-)

Probably wouldn't have looked out of place in the property developers office in the new "Minder" on Wednesday. He played a not quite ruthless, but doesn't care who gets upset kind of character I'm sure!
