Channel 5 on Sky

Hope this is the right section! I can't get channel 5 on my sky box upstairs. I remember reading comething about channel 5 and sky but can't remember what it was or where I read it. Can anyone help please?

I had that problem last week. I couldn't get any of the 'five' channels.

In the end I switched it off at the plug for five minutes then put it back on and it was fine after that.
