Kids program

Does anyone remember, a kids program. I am not sure that channel it was on, but it was on a saturday or sunday around between 4pm and 7pm. A rabbit used to go into his greenhouse and speak to cabbages and carrots. It wasnt a cartoon and it wasnt dinosaurs!! What was the program called, I know it wasnt on TV for long. It appeared around late 80's to mid 90's.

The only programme i can think of that had a greenhouse in it was greenfingers, but he wasn't a rabbit. There was an owl that used to go twoo.....twit twit twoo.....when he spoke to it!

green claws was great!!! i alllllwwwwaaayyss wanted those seeds that they planted to make cool plants like a cake tree or something! but the seeds were sooo pretty!!!
