The volume controls do not work on the Sky+ remote but everything else does, I have a Hannspree television but do not know the model number. How do I make it work

You need to programme the remote control to work with your TV. Sometimes there is a sticker on the back of the TV with the model number on. Each make and model of TV has a different code which you have type into the Sky remote control to configure the two.

Give Sky Customer Services a call with or without the model number and they will give you some codes to try and explain how you programme the remote.
