Wire in the Blood - missing ep?

At the end of Wire in the Blood (Tuesday 25 August on ITV3) the voiceover said that the last ep of the series (series 4 ep 4?) would be shown 'next Tuesday at 10 pm'. However according to the Radio Times 10 pm on Tuesday 1st September was 'A for Acid'. The ITV Player has no Wire in the Bloods from August screenings available at all. Does anyone know please whether the ep was screened and more importantly (!) where we might see it (without renting/buying it on DVD). Thanks.

I was surprised too, I was expecting Wire in the Blood too, A for Acid was good but I am a huge Robson Green fan anyway it wasn't shown at any other time to my knowledge sorry. I have not checked this weeks yet.

According to this week's Radio Times Wire in the Blood isn't being broadcast this Tuesday (8th) either. At 10 pm it is Poirot.

We contacted ITV Viewer Services who tod us that the last episode in series 4 is scheduled to air on the 13th October @ 22.00.
