From Eurovision to The Coach Trip

Yesterday Russ and Caroline from the pop group Scooch joined the Coach Trip, they represented the UK in 1997 at Eurovision! Didn't win of course! I wonder will they entertain us on the trip! The other trippers will be the judge of that!

I'd have thought the Scooch duo would have wanted their Eurovision involvement kept quiet, since the group didn't exactly cover itself in glory, coming next to last! Incidentally, isn't Coach Trip supposed to be about members of the public thrown together? The sudden inclusion of "names" smacks of a certain amount of misguided desperation by producers climbing on the celebrity bandwagon. Or have "famous people" been included before? Hey, why doesn't 12 Yard do a Celebrity Coach Trip? Just imagine all those egos clashing! Hmmm, think I'll start a thread in the Reality TV section (c:
