Does anyone remember a 5.10pm BBC1 kids TV programme with a wolf in a cloak at the beginning, with blacked out screen and the wolf/man's head rotating menacingly? Also, vaguely recall a burning house in it too...?

was it box of delights? i remember that had something to do with wolves at the credits, i didn't watch it though as it was scary

No, the credits were similar...but I recall it just being a wolf, in a dark/red cloak and it being a hell of a lot scarier...vaguely recall a woman at the end of the opening credits in a burning bedroom/house, or it could have been the wolf at the window of the burning house...
