I know Alfie's cousin used to be in "this life" but I cannot pinpoint why he looks so different from then. Is it his hair or teeth or has he just aged a lot? Any ideas ? thanks

I've only seen him briefly in EE twice but now you've reminded me who he is. Thought I recognised him but hadn't delved into it yet. Just think he has aged a bit and has shorter straighter hair, does look a bit toothy though.
