Ugly Betty - Walk A Mile In Her Shoes

Does anyone remember the title and series of the Ugly Betty Episode where Betty wanted to write her own column and Wilhelmina gave her a pair of her heels to literally walk a mile in and then write about it. She had an idea whilst having breakfast with her old boyfriend (I forgot his name) and his son about the article - something about walking a mile in different peoples shoes that show that they do alot of work for others.
I remember it quite well, just the title and series (I'm guessing series four) that I don't remember!
