This wonderful 3-part series has now finished. Once again it had me in tears - even more than last week.

And how lovely to know that at least 2 of the 'couples' have stayed in regular touch. Sad though, that the blonde girl only keeps in touch with her 'honorary grandad' via facebook.......

I really enjoyed it too, and loved how when the building work is finished Jonny's family are having the old guy (is it Trevor) to stay...........

Trevor was my favourite - I loved it when he got up on that stage and sang. Bless him. What a lovely programme - but it doesn't seem to have been widely watched which is a great pity. It should be played in secondary schools for a start....

I'm really pleased you watched it triggs. I remember this time last week talking about it and you showed an interest. Glad to see you sought it out.

Trev's my Man.... but I also thought the 2 young lads were great. Great programme - very thought provoking.

I loved this series to. I had a cry in every episode. It`s great to know that Trevor `s been "adopted" by Jonny`s family.
