I've come across this problem on Mondeos before---the pipe comes off the pump (down at the reservoir, under the front offside wing) because it's barely long enough for the job in the first place! If the rear wash is OK,then this is almost certainly the problem. It's a bit of a fiddley job-remove road wheel, remove inner mudguard(front section) to reveal...
Maybe there is a blockage in the tubes somewhere, or a blockage in the sprayer nozzles on the bonnet. Try poking the sprayer nozzle holes with a pin or thin wire and see if that clears them.
If your fuid has been too weak it will gave frozen. At some point there will be a joint in the pipe which will have forced apart when it froze.
Fill the reservoir taking care not to spill and lookk for drips. If none push the pump switch and then see if there is a leak underneath.
This happened to us last year (not again though!) On my wifes Matiz (behind the headlamp) and on my Octavia estate in the boot behind the trim.
A lot of water bottles have a gauze filter on the outlet before the pipe. These filters get blocked. I know the Vauxhall Mireva is prone to this problem. My daughter has one and her husband has cleaned the filters out at least twice to my knowledge.
