Rover 75 heater problem

The heater on non-aircon is blowing out warm air to the driver side foot-well and screen de-mister, but cold air to the central vents, and those on the left side. The system is the climate control duel air. When switched to aircon its difficult to detect if its working, but no hot air appears to come out anywhere
Confused!
Any thoughts?

The only conclusion I can think of here Rauly is the printed Cicuit board, is it possible to remove this board & try another?
