well I do live in Essex ....... I have seen several cars with "eyelashes" on the car headlights, usually , well all driven by youngish ladies.
Is it just a new fad ? how much does it cost ? who fits them on ?

I don't remember the bullet-holes for windows, I do remember seeing them on the front and back of cars though. (on the paintwork)
