X Reg Renault Clio, Turning Over And Starting After One Or Two Tries But Not Starting First Time

Hi, I have an X Reg 1.2 8 Valve Renault Clio Grande. It's a great, car and my first car. I have had a lot of work done to it recently as my Cambelt snapped (The previous owner didn't know when the cambelt was last changed and unfortunately I was an idiot an didn't get it serviced quick enough) However, that is all sorted. The battery is fine, the start motor is fine, it always has enough fuel, the head gasket was looked at during the time the cambelt was fixed and it has also had a new water pump fitted and the oil and filter changed. It had the same turning over problem before the cambelt snapped. It will always turn over just not start, the engine seems to struggle. Can anyone help?

Could be something wrong with the fuel filter or fuel pump.
