Mercedes B180 Air Intake
With the increasing risk of flooded roads, please could someone advise me on the whereabouts of the air intake and engine breather on my 2010 Mercedes B180 diesel car. I have seen so many reports of cars stalling in comparatively shallow floods - I'd hate to have to join them!

That'll be it
I'd point out though that if you get water in there it's not just a case of 'stalling' you could hydraulic the engine
Water does not compress like fuel and air and it can totally distroy your engine bending valves as the engine tries to compress what will not compress!
You won't have a problem going through a few inches of standing water but a good rule of thumb is not to go any deeper than the cars bodywork unless you really know what you're about
